RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Application for Return of Goods/Funds

Subject to the terms and conditions in this Return and Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, the Buyer may apply for a return of the purchased item ("Goods") and/or a refund before the end of the Kelas Digital Shop Warranty Period as stated in the Terms of Service.

Kelas Digital Shop Guarantee is a service provided by Kelas Digital Shop, at the request of the User, to assist the User in dealing with certain conflicts that may arise during the course of a transaction. Users can communicate with each other privately to resolve their differences or contact local authorities to assist them in resolving disputes that occur before, during, or after using the Kelas Digital Shop Guarantee.

2. Requests for Returns and/or Refunds

Buyers may only apply for a return of Goods and/or a refund in the following situations:

  • Goods have not been received by the Buyer;
  • The item is defective and/or damaged upon receipt;
  • The Seller has sent the Goods that do not conform to the agreed specifications (eg wrong size, color, etc.) to the Buyer;
  • Goods delivered to the Buyer are materially different from the description given by the Seller in the list of Goods; or
  • Through a personal agreement with the Seller, and the Seller must send confirmation to Kelas Digital Shop regarding the agreement.
  • The buyer has take videos of the Goods upon receipt and before opening the package receipt from the shipper (UNBOXING).

 The Purchaser's Application must be submitted via the Site.

Kelas Digital Shop will review each Buyer's application case by case and, in its sole discretion, determine whether the Buyer's application is successful or not.

If the Buyer has initiated legal action against the Seller, the Buyer may give formal notification from the competent authority to Kelas Digital Shop to request Kelas Digital Shop to continue withholding the purchase money until an official stipulation is available. In its sole and absolute discretion, Kelas Digital Shop will determine whether it is necessary to continue withholding the purchase money.

3. No Change of Mind

Except as stated in this Return and Refund Policy, the Buyer may not apply for a return of Goods and/or funds through the Kelas Digital Shop Guarantee because he changes his mind.

4. Seller's Rights

When Kelas Digital Shop receives a request from a Buyer for the return of goods and/or a refund, Kelas Digital Shop will conduct a review and examination of the request from the Buyer before notifying the Seller in writing. Except in the event that a request from a Buyer requires further confirmation from or further examination by involving the Seller, Kelas Digital Shop will review each Seller's response on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the Buyer's request against the situation put forward by the Seller is successful or not.

In some conditions where the Seller objects to decisions taken by the Kelas Digital Shops, the Seller can respond to the Buyer's request according to the steps given by the Kelas Digital Shop in a written notification. The seller must respond within the timeframe specified in the written notification ("Specified Timeframe"). If the Kelas Digital Shop does not hear from the Seller within the Specified Timeframe, the Kelas Digital Shop will assume that the Seller has no further response to the Buyer's request and will continue to make a decision on the Buyer's request without further notification to the Seller.

5. Terms of Returning Goods

In order to enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Goods, the Buyer must ensure that the Goods, including any free/carriage items such as accessories that came with the Goods, must be returned to the Seller in the condition received by the Buyer at the time of delivery. The Buyer must take videos of the Goods upon receipt and before opening the package receipt from the shipper.

6. Responsibilities of Returned Goods Shipping Costs

  • In an unexpected error scenario from the Seller's side (i.e. the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered to the Buyer), the Seller or Buyer will bear the shipping costs for returning the Goods depending on the agreement between the Seller and the Buyer;
  • In a scenario where the Seller and the Buyer dispute which party is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned Goods, Kelas Digital Shop will at its sole discretion determine which party will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the Goods.

7. Refund

The Buyer's money will only be returned after Kelas Digital Shop receives confirmation from the Seller that the Seller has received the returned Items. If Kelas Digital Shop does not hear from the Seller within the specified period, Kelas Digital Shop has the freedom to return the appropriate amount to the Buyer without further notification to the Seller. 8. Communication Between Buyer and Seller

By not ignoring the provisions in Section 4 above, the Kelas Digital Shop class encourages Users to communicate with each other if a problem arises in a transaction before submitting a request for a refund or goods to the Kelas Digital Shop. Because Kelas Digital Shop is just a platform where Users trade, the Buyer must first contact the Seller directly through the Kelas Digital Shop website or application for any issues related to the Goods purchased before submitting a request for a refund or Goods to the Kelas Digital Shop.

9. Applicability of Provisions

The seller agrees and understands that all the provisions mentioned in this Return and Refund Policy apply to every local seller and overseas seller.
